Hi Clayton,
Do you have your surveyor scheduled to measure the footings and forms before pouring the foundation? That is typically when I receive the foundation Elevation Certificate - prior to foundation inspection. Please let me know the plan and Ill make notes in our permit system to allow the footing inspection to occur.
