A decision needs to be made on office vs dorm use. Currently, there are plans showing dorms that are being used as offices. This changes the sprinkler installation.
This needs to be corrected before more sprinkler inspections.
3rd floor piping for DORMS ONLY is ok, will need to re verify all commercial spaces. |

Decision was made between B/S, FIRE, and the Architecture. Refer to email string dated 4/17.
1. Okay to use dorms as an office for temporary duration.
2. Fire watch to continue.
3. If a dorm is going to be flipped back and forth as office/dorm then the installation needs to be upgraded to NFPA 13 coverage in that room.
4. Need approved plans on site. |

First floor hydro passed for the wet and dry. Cover is ok.
The seismic bracing will need to be verified in the south hallway and riser room when installed. |
