FDC sign to be mounted on the fence along the alley way.
Either Remove or replace sliding door with approved egress door per section 1010.1.2 or install egress door per the approved plans.
Installed Emergency Egress Exit sign over new egress door.
Sprinkler coverage required. Contact a sprinkler company to have it designed and installed.
Have a Fire Alarm company check to see if notification is needed inside the new addition.
Have revised plans submitted to show egress gate not having panic hardware or locking device and also show slide opening doorway being installed if it is going to stay. |
