Knox box needs mounted with keys installed

Replace bulb in exterior egress lighting at the North door (near bathroom)
Utility / Electrical Panel sign on bathroom wall - indicating panel on north wall
Need to have Fire Alarm permit added to this premise (not 3120, but 3130 22nd St SE)
Remove thumb throw deadbolts on both doors and replace with double key locks
Add "This door to remain unlocked while occupied" sign above both doors
Fire alarm, sprinkler, and underground permits to be closed |
