2. Cover inspection of corridors on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors - okay for cover.
3. Cover of head in office bathroom on 1st floor, one head on second floor near library, and one head in southeast unit on 4th floor.
4. Unable to mark covered area on plans. Need approved as built drawings on site for cover inspections due to all the changes made.
5. Unable to cover 4th floor corridor due to the ceiling being masked off. |
