The City has approved the latest submittal for the Mass Grading Permit / PC Permit, which included the 72 Storm Manholes (Submitted 08/30/24).
I believe that I only need the updated I&E Constructions proof of Insurance / Workers Comp (COLI form) to issue this permit.
