Corrections |
Site was not constructed per plans. See photos attached under 23-109679-CO. Spoke with Kirk about issues on 03/18/2025.
1. Sections of sidewalk along Fairgrounds Road NE needs to be replaced per plans.
2. Street tree missing along Fairgrounds Road NE.
3. Smith Street NE needs to be restored and repaved from saw cut line to perimeter landscaping limits.
4. Sidewalk panel where new domestic meter is located needs to be poured and meter box placed in center of panel.
5. Rain drain pipe from building placed on top of existing private CB grate. Although inspected under a plumbing permit, the current rain drain configuration is not an approved point of disposal. Per plans, the CB was supposed to be removed and replaced with new CB in a different location, and a new 8-inch conveyance pipe installed.
6. Backflow test results need to be emailed to [email protected]
7. Site is not in compliance with erosion control. Erosion control BMP's need to be maintained until site is established. |
