8 4/23/2024 Curtis Pellatz Info Requested Requested information from Project Engineer via OTAK email to Kim Johnson. We have discussed that the City does not allow impervious surfaces to drain onto pervious pavement for stormwater management. The set of plans submitted still shows conventional impervious concrete sidewalk draining to the pervious pavement. This should be revised. Are pervious concrete walks an option for this project? Additionally, the outfall pipe to the creek is shown as 1.5. With this small size and two bends, this pipe will be hard to maintain. Is this size pipe really desired as the private outfall? Planting and irrigation plans are required for stormwater facilities per the PWDS 4B. Rose C. Horton, PE | Senior Water Resources Engineer
