Good morning,
Upon initial review of your building permit 23-124538-BP at the subject address, it appears additional information or revisions are required. They are as follows:
1. The Floor Plan Notes appear to indicate the suite is changing from an office use to a retail use, which requires approval of Class 1 Site Plan Review. You can read about the application process for a Class 1 Site Plan Review here. Online submittal of Land Use Applications are available through the City of Salem Permit Application Center. 2. The Project Overview indicates there will be five bicycle parking spaces added. Please indicate on the site plan where these spaces will be added, and include the rack dimensions and design in conformance with SRC 806.060. A Class 1 Site Plan Review will also further evaluate this requirement for conformance.
