1 12/15/2023 Jamie Donaldson Info Requested Morning Sam, Ive talked to the other departments, and the as-built plans, or any of the previous permits approved, do not accurately show all of the retaining walls built on site, specifically the retaining wall created along the east property line around to the front property line. The retaining wall in this picture has been looked at by our division engineer and requires an engineered design and permits, and should be reflected on the site plan. In addition, uploaded plans seem to show the retaining wall does not go all the way to the front property line. In our previous conversations, it was indicated that this wall was at the property line and all of the gravel was within the right-of-way. If the plans are showing the wall in the correct location along Salem Heights Ave SE, then any portion in front of the wall that is private property and not within the right-of-way, shall be landscaped. Please revise the plans to show all new retaining walls built with this development, in their accurate location(s), and include the required engineered design and permits for the wall built along the east property line, to allow review of the as-built revision permit 22 113265 02 BP to continue.
