Corrections |
Erosion Control Corrections:
1. The non-engineered non-compacted steep slope needs to be grass seeded and either jute mat installed, or it can be stabilized with straw waddles after applying the grass seed.
2. The non-compacted disturbed soil on the flat area that has straw on it needs to be a total thickness of 2 inches thick. Bare dirt is currently visible on the flat as well as the steep slope.
Storm Infiltration Correction:
1. The storm infiltration cleanout pipe inside of the Vancouver can in the driveway needs to have a threaded female coupling and a threaded plug instead of an expansion plug.
Sewer Corrections:
1. The sanitary sewer cleanouts for the City of Salem Public ROW need to have threaded female couplings and threaded caps instead of expansion plugs.
2. The trace wire inside of the Vancouver Cans for the Public Works sanitary sewer cleanouts are not visible and accessible. |
