Spoke with Cody over the phone, advised the tree protection should encircle the protected trees and needs to be updated. Advised the dev plan/tcp will have requirements specifically but is usually drip line or 1' per 1" dbh. Had questions about trimming a tree and advised that may be covered in the development plan, but if its just 1 branch doesn't equal 30% of the tree its usually ok. On 9/25 sent email [email protected] with a link to refinement plan, and screenshot of the TCP explaining tree protection measures. |
