Hi Eric,
As you are probably aware, the Engineering Department is currently reviewing the Public Construction Plans for the MEYERS FARM Subdivision project. We are close to completing our review of the Public Construction Plans, and hopefully, we will issuing our comments to Roy Hankins within the next couple of days.
During the review, we have identified that the Hilfiker Lane SE centerline radius may not meet our Standard for horizontal alignment based on the design speed, and may need to be revised/adjusted to meet Standards. This revision could effect the Property Line between Property A and B along the Hilfiker alignment.
I would recommend that you Hold making any revision to the Property Line until the Hilfiker centerline alignment can be resolved. As mentioned, we hope to have our Engineering comments provided to Roy early this week.
