Spoke with Seth and Rodney on site, explained code recently changed from dripline to 1' per inch DBH, we measured out the distance and now match's the plans. Explained the CRZ to him. Had questions as there is a cement pad from old building that is partially in CRZ, and slight dirt fill, in that area. Spoke with Planner Bryce B to see if any more info was needed, the removal of the the old building is taken into account on the CRZ and the fill does no show a change in contour so no additional arborist review needed. |
