1- Three exterior emergency egress lights still need installed and functional on backup power
2- Knox box on order - call for installation / place keys in the box
3- Sprinkler as built need submitted to close out that permit
4- Alarm permit is "in review" still needs acceptance testing
5- Signage stating riser room is in the ACE hardware tenant space NW corner
6- Cryogenic helium permit if the quantities meet permit requirements |
