On 12/19/2023 an inspection was performed and found the following conditions that need corrections before final inspection can be signed off.
1. Bike Racks need to have 2 clearance from curb/ramp area
2. Bollards to be installed to prevent vehicle access to former parking area
3. Parking spots located beyond Bollards need to be removed as they are will no longer be a way to access them.
4. Paved area on the other side of the two parking spaces next to the new ADA spaces needs to be striped to prevent parking, this was shown in the Site plan review as being striped(see below)
5. Condition 3 on the site plan review states The striped area labeled as note eight on the site plan shall be removed, and all existing striping this this area shall be removed in order to ensure that a drive aisle meeting the standards of SRC 806.035(e). This section was not completed as being striped upon inspection and appears the parking may be misaligned. There should be room for 8 parking spots from the east end of the lot. |

Corrections not done on this permit/inspection, but Inspected site under other permit, spoke with Martin on site about this permit corrections. Work not completed, striping not corrected(removal or the additional), and bollards not installed. |

All corrections made, however trash bins are now located in a different area than in Site plan review, and greater than 1yrd may need enclosure, working with Planner Austin to address. Followup for Monday - 3/4/2024 |

No Site visit - Called Martin to explain findings from Planner. Trash can situation has 3 options to correct. 1)Move back to Original location, and would have to move out for trash services (as would be behind bollards no in place), 2) go to smaller <1yr cans., or 3) Submit for a New Site Plan review - Martin has already been speaking with the owners and they will call once issue is corrected for final. |
