The review of Affinity Estates No.2 is complete. Attached is a copy of your plat with my comments. Please make the necessary revisions and when you are ready submit the final signed mylar.
Be sure to include a title report no older than 15 days of the effective date with the final mylar.
Also included is a copy of the field checks that I sent to you on July 7th. Have you had an opportunity to address these monuments? I noticed the iron pipe is still not shown on this map.
