Hi Jeremy,
The County needs the taxes to be paid on the Storm Facility and Pump Station parcels in NORTHSTAR 7 before recording the Warranty Deeds. Here is some information from Kay at the Marion County Assessors office:
I got the prepay estimate from the appraiser (see the Worksheets attached). Each account has $170.00 due. Checks/money order should be made out to Marion County Tax Collector.
We are still working to finish the processing of the new accounts, so the Tax Office has the appropriate account information to apply this payment to. If you can wait until Tuesday or later to bring/send the payment over, that would be greatly appreciated.
Please let me know if you need anything further at this point.
