11 7/14/2023 Curtis Pellatz FYI: Robert, In conversation with the County Surveyor, I asked if he had been notified to prepare the quitclaim for the County easement to be released around the drainage ditch. It appears I am the first to mention this. I wanted to give you the heads up that it is not a quick process to get approval to release the easement. Kent is going to get started on it first thing Monday and is going to try to have everything approved by Council and signed off by time your plat is ready to be submitted to the County, but no guarantee.
