One item that will need to get working on is the Deed Restriction for the property related to the SDC Waiver. I have the Approval from the Salem Housing Authority for the SDC Waivers for Phases 1 and 2, so the next step is making sure that the Deed Restriction is recorded as soon as possible.
I understand and I would assume that we will want to record the Deed Restriction on the individual lots after the Final Plat records. Im also assuming that the Development will be requesting the full 30-year duration for the affordable housing designation and Deed Restriction. Please let me know if this is incorrect.
