reviewing your application for a site plan change of use approval at 5325 Commercial St SE. Yesterday you uploaded a pdf image of the building with a mark indicating the location of a bike rack (attached). Are you intending to add bike racks at the indicated location in the image? Can you provide an image of the type of rack and the dimensions of the space? We would need this information in order to approve it. It appears there already is a bike rack on the Commercial St side of the building (visible in the images available on Google Maps). This rack is sufficient to approve the site plan review, any other racks would be approved through a building permit. Please let me know if you have any questions. |
