Public Works will be reviewing and issuing permit under the following Permit Nos. Civil Site Work: 22-119230-CO Public Construction: 22-119231-PC (Turner Road and Fire Service Connection) We have calculated the Public Works Plan Review Fee based on the development site area of 10.2 Acres. Prior to routing the plans and reports for full City Staff review, we will need payment of the following Plan Review Fees. City Permit No: 22-119230-CO Plan Review Fees Due: $42,947.00 This fee is available for payment through the Citys Pac Portal Web Site. https://egov.cityofsalem.net/PACPortal I understand that an Appeal of the Land Use Decision has been filed, related to the required Turner Road Street Improvements. 2 9/26/2022 Curtis Pellatz Revisions Requested Good Morning, I understand that there was meeting last week to discuss the required Turner Road improvements related to the 4405 Turner Road Industrial development. I just wanted to check to see how you want to proceed with the review of this project. Plan Review fees have been paid, and we have received the Civil Site Work (On-Site) plans. We can route these plans, without the Turner Road Improvement plans, but they will likely not receive a full review. Or, We can wait until the Public Construction plans for the Turner Road Improvements are submitted and route the full package for full Staff review.
