If you are no longer applying for the PLA, then we can use those fees towards the adjustment, but it does need to be requested with a written statement addressing how it meets the approval criteria under SRC 250.005(d)(2). Please let me know if you would like to apply for that adjustment, and I will work on updating the folder and transferring the fees. | |

Please forward the following advisory to the applicant: Easements: There is a City of Salem Slope Easement along the western property line. The applicant should update the plan set to include the easement on all sheets. It appears the proposed building encroaches into the easement. The applicant is advised that the slope easement may need to be quitclaimed prior to building permit issuance. Please let me know if you have any questions. | |
