1.) 5 Exit signs needing to be installed per plans.
2.) Will need to witness transfer of power for generator for egress lighting test.
3.) Discontinue cable locking double doors for egress.
For CO will need..
1.) Knox Box installed near front door parking lot side.
2.) Riser Room sign near the door for the room in which the riser is in.
3.) 22 123538 00 FI Hood Permit to be finaled.
4.) 22 123130 00 FI Sprinkler to be finalled. CMTC to The Compliance Engine and UGCMTC to be submitted to AHJ.
5.) Possible Generator install completion. No permit is seen yet for it. Current generator is a temporary one that supplies back up for egress lighting. |

1.) Exterior lighting above front door needs to remain on while on emergency backup. Light shut off after a few minutes and did not come back on. Other exits have battery bug eyes.
For CO will need..
1.) Riser Room sign near the door for the room in which the riser is in.
2.) 22 123538 00 FI Hood Permit to be finaled.
3.) UGCMTC to be submitted to AHJ.
