Hi Bo and Brian,
I reviewed the landscape and irrigation plans for the civil site work permit (22-116929-BP). We need the a summary table to be added to sheet L1.1 showing the amount of landscape area required for the development site, including perimeter setbacks and interior parking lot landscaping, and the summary table should show the plant unit values and quantity of plant units/trees provided demonstrating the standards of SRC Chapter 807 have been met. No concerns with the irrigation plans.

Hi Brandie and Brian,
For Anthonys place, Im down to two things.
1) Final subdivision plat needs to be recorded prior to BP issuance.
2) Need bicycle rack construction details. Also, the bike racks need a minimum separation of two feet from the exterior wall, it looks close on the plan.
