Hi Hayden,
Ive download the files and took a quick look at them. Before I can route for City Staff review, there are a few items that I need. All items for City review need to be signed and stamped by the Engineer of Record (PWDS 1.9).
1.) The Construction Plans and 1200-C plan need a signature on the Engineers Stamp.
2.) The Design Exceptions (2) will need an Engineering Stamp and Signature.
3.) The comments provided in the Stormwater Report (PRC1) will also need a written response to each comment. Please note the response to plan review comments do not need to stamped/signed by the EOR.

Good Morning Hayden,
I have a couple of questions regrading your recent submittal of the JACKSON RIDGE SUBD plans.
1.) We will need a written response to the comments provided in the Storm Report (PRC2).
2.) Are there revised Erosion Control Plans, in response to PRC2? If so, we will also need a written response to the comments provide in PRC2.
3.) There were two Design Exception requests submitted with the last round of review related to the K values and the Slopes. It appears that the plans have been revised addressing the issues presented in the Design Exceptions. Please confirm that Design Exception requests are no longer needed with this submittal of the Subdivision plans.

I have downloaded the Public Construction Plans for the JACKSON RIDGE project. Prior to routing for Engineerings review we will need the following:
1. Please resubmit the most current Storm Report. In the last review, City comments in the Storm Report mentioned the need to review structural drawings for the retaining walls in the stormwater facility.
2. Please submit the structural drawings and calculations, as mentioned above, for review.
3. Please provide a written response to each Plan Review Comment provided in the last review cycle (PRC3). You are welcome to provide the written response directly on the PRC3 Summary sheets provided.
