Good afternoon John,
Upon reviewing this project we noticed this property is in a landslide hazard 6 zone which requires a geo report or assessment for both the Building & Safety and Public Works review. Landslide hazard 5-8 zones require this report or assessment for any new construction. There are no geo reports in the area we can pull information from that we were able to find, so a new one would need to be done. When you have the report, please upload it to the PAC Portal.
