Hi Jeremy,
I believe that this is the last remaining comment that we have for the EAST PARK Storm Crossings. I believe that the Culverts, Headwall Details, Storm Crossings (Greencrest & Lost Lake), and Headwall Structural Analysis are all ready to be Approved.
Please see the attached PRC2 Plan Review Comments for the Storm Crossing @ Redmond.
Regarding the ODFW Applications, I think that Lost Lake and Redmond are Private Streets, and the Greencrest crossing hasnt been accepted as public right-of-way yet. Im not sure that the City would the Applicant on any of these at this time. Let me know your thoughts.
