Good Morning Jeremy,
Here are some preliminary comments on the Grading Plans. With your submittal of the Geo Report/Pavement Design, it implies that you are wanting to core the proposed streets. Don will not approved the plans since the street designs do not meet our standards (PWDS). Please see the attached preliminary comments from Don Whitehurst. Other City Staff are still reviewing the plan, so additional comments may be provided later.
