We have uploaded Plan Review Comments (PRC1) for the CDP SALEM GATEWAY Public Construction (Subdivision) and Civil Site (Apartments). The link will give you access to the folder on our ShareFile website. The folder includes comments on the Storm Report.

We havent calculated the Plan review Fees yet for the Apartment Site and the Subdivision site, but I will have those by the time the next submittal is ready for review.
Please note that the Land Use Decision (Subdivision) and Site Plan Review (Apartments) are still In Review and pending.

This Plan Review Comment files include:
1.) Storm Report
2.) Battle Creek Improvements (22-102995-PC
3.) Woodscape Green North Subdivision (22-107732-PC
4.) Civil Site Work for the Apartments PH 1 (22-110908-CO)
5.) Early Grading Permit (22-114243-GD)
The Early Grading Permit plans have minor comments, so I believe that we should have no problem getting those approved quickly with your revisions. Well just need to make sure that we also have the 1200-C permit from the State.

Civil Site Work and Landscaping Plans submitted to Building & Safety are not a response to PRC2 provided to Westech Engineering on 07/21. Confirmed with Steve Ward that Westech Engineering is still working on the revised plans. |
