We havent calculated the Plan review Fees yet for the Apartment Site and the Subdivision site, but I will have those by the time the next submittal is ready for review. 3 7/21/2022 Curtis Pellatz Revisions Requested Hi Steve, Ive uploaded the Plan Review Comments for the CDP WOODSCAPE project to Sharefile. Battle Creek Improvements (22-102995-PC 3.) Woodscape Green North Subdivision (22-107732-PC 4.) Civil Site Work for the Apartments PH 1 (22-110908-CO) 5.) Early Grading Permit (22-114243-GD) The Early Grading Permit plans have minor comments, so I believe that we should have no problem getting those approved quickly with your revisions.
