Good afternoon,
Im doing the Planning Divisions review of permit no. 22 106474 00 BP for 4763 LANCASTER DRIVE NE STE 105. The following are questions and/or items to be addressed before I can sign off on the plans:
" Approved Use: Under the most recent approved Site Plan Review application (application no. 22 104267 00 RP), 4763 Lancaster - Suite 105 was approved as an office use. The proposed plans call for a salon in this suite, meaning a new Site Plan Review application would be required to establish a new use (personal services) and allow us to approve this building permit.
