Hello,
I started the review for your building permit for address 3995 Rickey St SE (permit no. 21-107081-BP) and have determined the following corrections are needed for the site plan:
- Details outlining the type of bicycle rack have not provided and staff is unable to determine conformance with SRC 806.060. The spacing of the racks and location appear fine but we need rack details.
Please revise and upload the revisions to the PAC Portal.
