Hi Mariah,
I had started prepping this for notice thinking it was complete, when I noticed that there was mention of requesting another adjustment to the interior landscaping standards at the end of the written statement submitted. As I was not made aware of this, there is an additional fee owed for the second adjustment ($250), as well as a written statement that addresses the approval criteria for the landscape adjustment as well, under SRC 250.005(d)(2).
In addition, if the written statement is to be revised to include the landscape adjustment, I would ask that you revise the language used for the pedestrian connection statement as well please. It seems it is frequently referred to as a variance instead of an adjustment, which does have a different set of criteria. As such, it seems the written statement has addressed SRC 245.005, rather than SRC 250.005(d)(2). Furthermore, the adjustment request does not involve a public hearing.
Please confirm if a second adjustment to the interior landscaping standards is being requested, and I will be sure to include that fee with instructions how to pay.
Please also revise the written statement to include how the specific development standard (both the pedestrian connections and the landscaping) are either: clearly inapplicable to the proposed development, or equally or better met by the proposed development, as well as addressing items (B) and (C) under SRC 250.005(d)(2).
Your application, which is incomplete, will be deemed complete upon receipt of one of the following:
(1) All of the missing information.
(2) Some of the missing information and written notice from you (the applicant) that no other information will be provided.
(3) Written notice from you (the applicant) that none of the missing information will be provided.
You have 180 days from the date the application was first submitted to respond in one of the three ways listed above, or the application will be deemed void.
Thank you, |
