Hi Beth,
In reviewing the resubmitted items, I just wanted to bring the bike parking to your attention. I see that youve indicated it was already addressed on the last plans; however, the specific comment was that the bike parking does not meet our code standards and should be revised.
From SRC 806.060:
Proposed bike racks on plans:
The proposed wave rack does not meet standards for allowed bike parking. This is not a fatal item that will hold up completeness, I just wanted to bring it to your attention that it would need to be revised, or would be conditioned as part of the decision. In addition, it was determined by our Planning Development Review Team that the Validation of the Unit of Land (VUL) application is no longer required based on the information provided by the County. The application has been cancelled and the fees are in the process of being transferred to the two new applications for the Class 2 Adjustment (22-109908-ZO) and Tree Variance (22-110432-NR); any remaining balance will be refunded back to the initial payee.
I am just waiting to hear back from Public Works if there are any additional items required for completeness. If not, we can move forward with deeming it complete and sending it out to notice.
