Paul reminded me today that we had drafted warranty deeds for these facilities at the final plat review. There is no need to make revisions to your deeds and resubmit as we will use ours moving forward. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
We are still awaiting the NFA from DEQ proving all contaminated soil has been removed. Please provide the NFA at you earliest convenience.
