Hi Marcie,
I reviewed the Civil Site Work plans and the Phase 1 Foundation + Shell building plans for Project Justify and have the following items:
Civil Site Work (22-103349-BP) Comments:
1) Please upload a copy of the illumination plan (Drawing No. 1E10.01, unless this sheet has been revised) to this folder.
2) Irrigation plans are required with the landscape plans. The Design Review Committee approval included a requirement that permanent automatic irrigation be provided for the site.
Phase 1 Foundation + Shell Building (22-119150-BP) Comments:
1) Please upload the updated building entry design and elevations approved by the Design Review Committee.
