Street grades in excess of 12% with a run over 200 feet require fire sprinklers in structures from that area. Phased development will be required to provide approved fire department access and water supply for each phase. It appears phase 1 from Lone Oak will require 2 separate and approved means of fire department access unless all of the structures are provided with an approved fire sprinkler system. Fire hydrants are required to be located within 600 feet of all portions of the structures as measured along an approved route. |
