Hello,
I started the review for your building permit for address 5125 Skyline Road S (permit no. 21-123564-BP) and have determined the following corrections are needed for the site plan:
- Pursuant to Condition 1 of the land use approvals (Case No. SPR-ADJ21-32) the below pictured pedestrian crossings need to be visually differentiated from the drive aisles. The condition reads as follows: All pedestrian walkways crossing driveways, parking areas, parking lot drive aisles and loading areas shall be visually differentiated from such areas through the use of elevation changes, a physical separation, speed bumps, a different paving material, or other similar method. Striping does not meet this requirement unless combined with speed bumps and striping.
Please revise and upload the revisions to the PAC Portal.
