Hi Jake,
We need to create a Private Stormwater Facility Agreement (PSFA) for the Dollar General development in Mill Creek Corporate Center. It appears that the Dollar General parcel is now owned by DG Strategic VII LLC. In order to create the PSFA document we will need the Deed and Operating Agreement for the current ownership of the parcel.
Im attaching a DRAFT Template of the PSFA document for your reference.
Can you help us with providing the current ownership information for the Parcel, or point us in right direction.
