Hi Angela,
Now that the appeal period is over, Im able to sign off on the building permit. However, I dont see anything in the plan set addressing Condition 1 from the decision:
Condition 1: The applicant shall install a locked gate across the vehicular connection on the northern property line, from the parking lot of the subject property to the abutting property to the north, limiting the use to emergency vehicle access only.
Before I can sign off on the permit, Ill need to see that this condition is satisfied.
Best,

All,
Im doing the Planning Divisions review of permit no. 21 122712 00 BP for 2450 Lancaster Dr NE. The following are questions and/or items to be addressed before I can sign off on the plans:
" New enclosure for emergency generator: The proposed plans (sheet A-101) show an emergency generator within a new CMU enclosure in the NE corner of the site. A new accessory structure like this will need to meet the 15-foot-minimum setback to the north property line (the old structure was nonconforming). If you can maintain the existing structure, that will be the easiest route.
" Bicycle parking removal: The proposed CMU enclosure appears to replace existing bike parking. If this is the case, youll need to provide evidence the site still meets the minimum bicycle parking standards of SRC 806.055. For this building, the minimum standard is 1 per 3,500 sq. ft., equating to a minimum of 10 spaces.
Please submit the requested materials and/or revisions through the PAC Portal. Let me know if you have questions or comments.
Best,
