Easement language on the plat for private streets needs to be revised to comply with condition of approval no. 8 of the subdivision. The easement for the private streets is required to include both a public access easement for the street as well as a utility easement.
The section on the plat referring to the recorded conditions of approval for the subdivision has been removed and needs to be put back onto the final plat. |
