If you can address them quickly and email them to me I should be able to get this deemed complete before the Thanksgiving Holiday. I requested notice labels to send out for notice this morning, that would be the only thing I am waiting on besides what is referenced below: - You have yourself listed as the applicant and Kaiser listed as the agent and, in reading your written statement, it appears you intend to have this reversed on the application. - You applied for the incorrect adjustment. The standard you and I had discussed is 800.065(a)(3). The way the findings are written the first sentence would need to be updated but the remaining findings are fine. - Speed bumps are still not consistent with SRC 800.065(b). This can either be a condition of approval that the speed bumps be installed or the site plan can be updated to show speed bumps throughout the development site where pedestrian access crosses drive-aisles. We require speed bumps on both sides of the drive aisle and of sufficient width to cross the entire width of the lane. Again, can be a condition of approval if we want to just proceed in moving this forward. Your application, which is incomplete, will be deemed complete upon receipt of one of the following: (1) All of the missing information. (2) Some of the missing information and written notice from you (the applicant) that no other information will be provided. (3) Written notice from you (the applicant) that none of the missing information will be provided. You have 180 days from the date the application was first submitted to respond in one of the three ways listed above, or the application will be deemed void.
