3 3/11/2022 Kyle Kearns Applicant Contacted Good morning, I spoke with Jeremy about this application earlier in the week and the only item that is keeping this incomplete is the missing Oregon White Oak from the existing conditions plan (see notes in the incomplete letter). We have provided a cursory list of conditions you could expect for this development proposal. While the list isnt comprehensive it does include some of the major items that may impact site design. Additionally, staff is only partially supportive of the adjustment to the building orientation standard in SRC 702. See the attached comments and design proposal regarding that standard. I need to go out and do an inspection this morning but will be around most of the afternoon if we feel a call would be helpful.
