The street grade of 12th ST is existing. New development of homes from 12th St will require fire sprinklers in the structures and the installation of a new fire hydrant along 12th St near the new development. The remaining development will require 2 separate and approved means of fire department access and fire hydrants will be required to be located within 600 feet of all structures as measured along an approved route. Any fire department access roads over 150 feet in length will require an approved turn around if the road is a dead end. |
