Hello Everyone,
I'm reaching out about building permit 20 105804 - 00 BP for address 2410 Mission St SE, Salem OR 97302. As of 01/09/2023 the permit was put into correction status due to the Zoning inspection. It has been more than 180 days since the last inspection was called in and per the Building Permit application there should be an inspection every 180 days to keep the building permit active. This is also covered under Salem Revised Code 56.013.
The explanation that I have on the correction status is;
01/09/2023 "Missing Parking Spaces, Landscaping Not started, Bike Rack installed too close to each other"
If the work has been completed, please request final inspection via the portal or call Building and Safety at 503-588-6256 to schedule.
If work has not been completed as approved and revision to the approved plans are needed, please email [email protected] or call 503-588-6213 to speak with a planner.
