With the property separation distances shown, all construction types except Type V construction may be used. The proposed hangar height is called out at 30-feet. If the door height is taller than 28-feet all fire suppression requirements will need to be for a Group I hangar. If the hangar is under 28-feet, the hangar can be classified as a Group III. Development of the hangar will be reviewed for conformance with these requirements at the time of building permit application review |
