Hi Jim,
I just wanted to touch base with you that I am reviewing the subject Class 1 Site Plan Review, but there is some confusion with the proposed outdoor dining area. This looks like an expansion of the suite, and may require a Class 2 Site Plan Review for the exterior work. However, before I issue any specific corrections on that, I want to take this to our Design Review Team meeting on Tuesday to get a consensus from the group on the type of site plan review required.
In addition, I did want to make you aware that in either case, whether we can continue with the Class 1 SPR or require a Class 2, I will need a parking calculation and/or summary table, and a site plan showing existing parking spaces within the shopping center. Because this is considered an expansion, we will have to look at the parking for the additional square footage of the outdoor dining area.

Hi Jim,
Staff has agreed that we can continue to process this as a Class 1 Site Plan Review, but as I stated in my last email, I will need a full parking count and summary table to verify that the shopping center will meet the parking requirements with the outdoor seating expansion. Once that is received, I can continue processing the Class 1 SPR.
