no portion of phase of the development may exceed 30 dwelling units unless the development is protected with approved fire sprinklers or two approved means of fire department access are provided. fire department access is required within 150 feet or all portions of the structure. Dead end roads exceeding 150 feet of fire department access require an approved turn around. fire hydrants shall be located within 600 feet of all portions of the dwellings. all measurements are made along an approved route. |
