Hi Jeremy,
I reviewed the landscape and irrigation plans, the overall landscape area is not included in the summary table but is estimated at 2,600 square feet. Per SRC Chapter 807, the minimum landscape requirement is one plant unit per 20 square feet of landscape area, and a minimum of 40 percent of the required plant units shall be trees. Based on the estimate, roughly 130 plant units are required, with a minimum of 52 of the plant units required to be trees. The proposal shows trees planted in the public right-of-way, but no trees on private property.
Please update the landscape plans to include a summary table, showing the landscape area provided, and demonstrating the minimum plant unit and tree requirement is being met.

The overall landscape area is not included in the summary table but is estimated at 2,600 square feet. Per SRC Chapter 807, the minimum landscape requirement is one plant unit per 20 square feet of landscape area, and a minimum of 40 percent of the required plant units shall be trees. Based on the estimate, roughly 130 plant units are required, with a minimum of 52 of the plant units required to be trees. The revised plan shows four shade trees (40 plant units) on private property, less than the minimum requirement.
