MOU has been signed allowing release of the building permit prior to completion of Conditions 5 and 6 of land use decision case CU-SPR20-09. Completion and approval of adjustment permit 21-111539 and recording of PLA permit plats 21-110692 and 21-110695 are required prior to granting final occupancy. |
